We have develop a new solution to grouting indoor / outdoor porcelain paving and tiles. After a long, painstaking research and development phase – we are excited to finally launch our brand new product for professional pavers and landscapers called PPA Epoxy Grout.

PPA Porcelain Epoxy Grout is unlike any other jointing product on the market for outdoor porcelain patios.

No More Messy Clean Up

Gone are the days of racing against the clock to wash cement-based grouting products off your porcelain paving before it stains. PPA Porcelain Epoxy Grout just peels right off with a blade. Clean and simple jointing.

Extremely Low Maintenance

Part of the reason porcelain paving has become so popular is due to its easy-to-keep-clean benefits. Until now, there was no grouting product on the market that was completely rock solid/non-permeable and would not absorb any dirt and grime.

Incomparable Strength

The strength and durability of this product is like none other.

Just look at how it bonded these large porcelain slabs together when we tried to lift this patio during our testing phase.

Application process

1: Apply a generous film of Anti Bonding Wax to the top of the paving slabs along both sides of the joint.
2: Using the application gun, slowly squeeze the product into the joints covering above the level of the tiles.
3: Pull the round finishing tool along the joints to create a smooth finish.
4: When the joints feel hard to touch, use a blade to peel off excess product.

 

Working conditions for PPA porcelain epoxy grout

Make sure there’s no rain planned for the day. Make sure the paving is clean and dry before the epoxy grout application is started.

 

Ideal weather conditions

From 10° – 15° we recommend heating the grout tubes in a bucket of boiling hot water for approximately 10 minutes. We don’t recommend using PPA epoxy grout to in temperatures lower than 10° due to grout lightening in color and the grout becoming too stiff to smooth along the joints, also the tubes could split.

Perfect weather conditions

15° to 40° is perfect working conditions for PPA epoxy grout. If using from 10° to 15° we recommend heating the grout tubes in a bucket for 5 to 8 minutes using a boiling hot water from a kettle. We don’t recommend using PPA epoxy grout in temperatures lower than 10° due to grout lightening in color and the grout becoming too stiff to smooth along the joints.
