Project Pack – Important Information

We take great care to ensure your natural stone paving arrives in excellent condition. However, as a natural product, minor breakages can occasionally occur during transportation from India. In rare cases, 1–5 slabs may arrive broken.

If breakages exceed this amount, please notify us within 3 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. We will replace the affected paving with slabs of the same size.

To allow for cutting, wastage, and natural variations, we strongly recommend ordering at least 10% extra material.
Please note that we do not accept returns.
