Ordering Guidance

• We strongly recommend allowing an extra 10% on your order for cutting, wastage, and installation.

• We do not accept returns on leftover slabs.

Natural Stone & Breakage Policy

We make every effort to supply your Indian sandstone paving in perfect condition. However, as this is a natural stone product, minor breakages can occasionally occur during shipping from India.

• 1–5 broken slabs may occur and are considered acceptable.

• If breakages exceed this amount, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

• Eligible slabs may be returned for exchange, and we will replace them with the same size paving slabs, subject to availability.
